Most cats hate being moved from their homes - especially to a cattery. Cat lovers hate it even more...the doleful cries from the carrier on the passenger seat and maybe even a pee or pooh act of fright from their adorable kitty. This trip can spoil the owner's holiday before it has begun!

I provide a daily visiting service to avoid the trauma of leaving your pet in a cattery or cage. You simply kiss your darling goodbye and I take over while you're away. When you return, your cat is safe and happy to greet you. No trauma, no tears...

Additionally, whilst you are away, you get the peace of mind from a text each day confirming that your cat, and your property, is all safe and well.

Rather than impose on family or neighbours, I care for your cats, so they remain happy and safe and you keep the privacy of your own home.

I adore cats and really provide my service for the benefit of the cats. Interestingly, I have found that there are 2 types of people with cats, cat lovers and cat owners. The difference is huge!

PetMinder.ie Services

My core service is a daily visit to your home in your absence. This visit includes feeding your cat, cleaning and refilling litter trays, cleaning and refreshing water bowls, administering any medication required by your pet and sending you a text message every day confirming that all is in order. As a cat owner myself, I know how cats like attention and so my visit will also always include playtime with your pet.

Should you require additional services, I am happy to assist with the following:;

Mail - removal from box or hallway to kitchen table.

Curtains - open/close in morning/evening

Bins - tag, leave out in evening and take in the following morning

Wild Animals - any birds, hedgehogs etc that you may feed can continue getting food should you wish.

Cost

The fees charged are based mainly on the time and distance involved in calling to your home, the number of pets to be cared for and the activities you require to be undertaken on each visit. A single visit to a home in Baldoyle generally requires about 40 minutes (including travel) and the fee is €20.

Obviously the further the distance, the more I must charge to cover travel expenses and time involved in getting to the house. I provide a completely trustworthy service with total committment to the welfare of the pet and this is the basis of my fee rather than trying to do it cheaply to get as much business as possible. NOTE

I do require payment of the full amount in advance as this avoids any misunderstandings or disputes thereafter. I will, on receipt of payment issue a brief "contract" detailing the service agreed and this written agreement ensures both parties are fully informed of the particulars of that specific agreement.
